Notes:

DCoLs require 20 strength to be wielded, and thus can't be used by mages (unless the mage in question has adhered to the path of the elder school and uses the exsurgo spell). To make a DCoL, you need to collect a claw from each of the seven dragons in Dragon's Pass (not including Black Rose, just the coloured ones).

Once you have all seven claws (in your inventory), go to the mob called Dundin and give him the white claw. He will make the DCoL and it will be aligned according to your current align. Unlike the eq made from the hides, you will not be charged any gold.
